Credit Top-Up Fee

This page explains the processing fee charged when you purchase Fengcen credits directly from Fengcen LLC.

1. Fee Calculation

For a credit top-up priced in United States dollars:

Processing fee = credit face value × 5% + USD 0.50

The fee is rounded to the nearest cent. The total charged before tax is the credit face value plus the processing fee.

Examples:

• USD 10.00 in credits has a USD 1.00 fee, for a USD 11.00 total before tax
• USD 20.00 in credits has a USD 1.50 fee, for a USD 21.50 total before tax

The checkout screen displays the total purchase price, including the processing fee, before you confirm payment. Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be added based on your location.

2. When the Fee Applies

• The fee applies only to purchased-credit top-ups
• We do not add this top-up processing fee to direct subscription payments
• A third-party seller or payment provider may apply its own separately disclosed charges under its terms

3. Credit Terms

• Credits may be used only for eligible Fengcen services
• Credits are not legal tender, a bank deposit, electronic money, or a cash account
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise
• Purchased credits do not expire at this time. We may change validity rules prospectively after reasonable advance notice, including introducing a rule for credits unused for more than one year, subject to applicable law
• Refund eligibility, including whether a processing fee or tax is refundable, is governed by the Fengcen Refund Policy and mandatory law
• Used credits are not reversible except where required by law or where Fengcen confirms a billing or service error
