Fengcen Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Fengcen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Fengcen," "we," "us," or "our"), provides websites, software applications, online services, AI features, cloud features, accounts, billing, and customer support under the Fengcen brand (collectively, the "Services"). Sliprail is one of the Services.

Fengcen LLC is the controller of personal information covered by this Privacy Policy where applicable law uses that term. This Policy explains what information we collect, where it comes from, how and why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.

A product-specific privacy notice may provide additional details. If it conflicts with this Policy, the more specific notice controls for that product or feature.

2. Information We Collect and Its Sources

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account and profile information, such as email address, display name, username, avatar, password credentials in protected form, language, time zone, and account preferences
  • Authentication information, such as identifiers and basic profile information received when you choose to sign in with Google, GitHub, or another supported identity provider
  • Transaction and billing information, such as products purchased, subscription status, payment status, billing address, tax information, invoices, refunds, credit balances, credit grants, and usage records. Payment processors generally handle complete payment-card numbers, which we do not ordinarily receive
  • Communications, such as support requests, feedback, survey responses, business inquiries, and other messages
  • User content, such as prompts, files, images, screenshots, conversations, shared content, synced settings or data, and other materials you choose to submit through online features

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and network information, such as IP address, approximate country, region, and city derived from IP, browser type, operating system, app version, device and session identifiers, language, time zone, and network information
  • Usage and transaction telemetry, such as features used, access times, pages or screens viewed, model and tool selections, interaction frequency, credit consumption, subscription events, sync status, referral or campaign information, and basic performance metrics
  • Security and diagnostic information, such as login events, anti-abuse signals, failed verification results, crash information, error reports, and diagnostic logs
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and similar identifiers used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and functionality

2.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Identity providers, such as Google and GitHub, when you use single sign-on
  • Payment processors, app stores, resellers, and tax or fraud-prevention providers
  • Security providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps detect automated or abusive activity
  • AI, search, hosting, support, email, analytics, and connected-tool providers
  • Other users when they share content with you or identify you in a support or collaboration context

2.4 Local Device Data

Some Fengcen products process data locally on your device. Installing a product does not by itself cause us to receive the contents of your local files, screenshots, clipboard, camera, microphone, or continuous keyboard input.

A product may locally access or store such data when you enable or use a feature that requires it. Information is transmitted to us or a third party only when an online, sync, sharing, support, AI, search, or connected feature requires transmission or when you otherwise choose to send it. Product-specific notices and in-product settings provide further details.

2.5 Inferences and Aggregated Information

We may derive information such as account-security risk, likely location, feature preferences, and service performance from the information above. We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably linkable to an individual and use it for analytics, security, research, and product improvement.

3. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, authenticate, maintain, personalize, and secure the Services
  • Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, invoices, entitlements, and credits
  • Process AI, search, sync, sharing, integration, and connected-tool requests
  • Respond to support requests, feedback, business inquiries, and other communications
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose problems, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms
  • Develop and improve features using feedback and aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information
  • Send service notices, billing messages, security alerts, and product updates
  • Send marketing communications where you consent or where otherwise permitted by law
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, property, and the integrity of the Services

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract, when processing is necessary to provide a Service you request or manage your account and purchases
  • Legitimate interests, such as securing and improving the Services, preventing fraud, providing support, and understanding usage, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Consent, where we specifically request it, including for certain optional features or marketing activities
  • Legal obligations, where processing is necessary to comply with law, accounting, tax, sanctions, lawful requests, or dispute requirements

You may decline to provide optional information. If information is necessary to create an account, complete a purchase, secure the Services, or provide a requested feature, we may be unable to provide that part of the Services without it.

4. AI Features and Connected Services

When you use an AI, search, sharing, sync, or connected-tool feature, the content and metadata needed to fulfill your request may be sent to Fengcen and to the providers that power the feature. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and their retention practices may differ from ours.

Fengcen does not use the specific content you submit to AI features, or the specific outputs generated from that content, to train Fengcen's own AI models unless we separately ask for and obtain permission. We may use limited operational metadata and aggregated or de-identified information to secure, operate, and improve the Services.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so and have determined that the selected feature and provider are appropriate for that information.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We use providers for hosting, storage, databases, content delivery, analytics, security, anti-abuse verification, identity, payments, tax, email, customer support, and software operations. They may process information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by their contracts and applicable law.

5.2 AI, Search, and Connected-Tool Providers

When you request a feature powered by an AI model, search service, integration, extension, or connected tool, we disclose the content and metadata reasonably necessary to complete that request.

5.3 Payment and Sales Partners

We disclose transaction information to payment processors, app stores, resellers, tax providers, banks, and fraud-prevention providers as needed to process and administer purchases, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and compliance.

5.4 Sharing You Initiate

If you create a shared link, publish content, collaborate, install or connect a third-party tool, or otherwise direct us to disclose information, the selected information may be accessible to recipients, the public, or the relevant third party.

5.5 Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request
  • Enforce agreements and protect the security or integrity of the Services
  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Fengcen, users, or the public
  • Support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements

5.6 With Your Consent

We may disclose information for another purpose with your consent or at your direction.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable United States state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before beginning the new practice.

7. Retention, Account Closure, and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the information, the requested Service, account status, security needs, legal obligations, and limitation periods.

For example:

  • Account and profile information is generally retained while the account is active
  • User content is retained according to the feature, your settings, and deletion actions
  • Transaction, invoice, tax, refund, and accounting records may be retained for legally required periods
  • Security, anti-fraud, and diagnostic records may be retained as needed to protect the Services and investigate incidents
  • De-identified information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably be linked to you

Closing an account removes access and initiates deletion or de-identification of information that is not required for a continuing legitimate purpose. Some information may remain in backups for a limited cycle or be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and enforcement purposes. We restrict retained information to those purposes and delete or de-identify it when the applicable need ends.

Data kept only on your device remains under your control and must be removed through the product or device.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong, unique password, protect your devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. International Data Transfers

Fengcen is based in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or they operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use a legally recognized transfer basis or take other measures required by law, which may include contractual protections. You may contact us for additional information about safeguards relevant to your information.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and how you use the Services, you may have rights to:

  • Access or obtain a copy of personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive certain information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal
  • Opt out of certain marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority

Residents of jurisdictions with United States state privacy laws may also have rights to know categories and specific pieces of information, correct, delete, obtain portability, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, appeal a denied request, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. We do not currently engage in sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising as described above.

To submit a request, email support@fengcen.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any available appeal process.

Some rights are subject to exceptions, including where information is needed to complete a transaction, protect security, comply with law, preserve legal claims, or exercise free-expression or other rights.

11. Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing

You can control many cookies and similar technologies through browser or device settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, security, payment, or other core features from functioning.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional communications about your account, transactions, security, or material Service changes.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where required, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals for practices to which those signals apply. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, such signals do not change those practices.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for a child to consent to data processing, a parent or legal guardian must provide any required permission. If you believe a child provided information without required permission, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated Policy will state a new effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Changes do not reduce rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
