Fengcen Refund Policy

1. Scope and Contracting Entity

This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from Fengcen LLC ("Fengcen," "we," "us," or "our") through a Fengcen checkout flow. It forms part of the applicable Terms of Service and purchase terms.

Purchases made through an app store, reseller, marketplace, or another third-party seller are governed by that seller's refund and cancellation rules. If the third party is the seller of record, refund requests must be submitted to that third party.

2. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or other remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions provide a statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases or special rights for digital content and services. Those rights may depend on whether performance began with your express consent, whether digital content was supplied, and how much of a service was used. We will apply mandatory rights even where this Policy would otherwise provide a narrower remedy.

3. When a Direct Purchase May Be Eligible for a Refund

Subject to the requirements below, a direct purchase may be eligible where:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction
  • We charged an amount different from the amount disclosed at checkout
  • The purchased Service or entitlement was not delivered
  • A material technical defect prevents the core paid feature from working and we cannot provide a reasonable correction or workaround
  • The transaction was unauthorized, after reasonable verification and investigation
  • You request cancellation within 14 days of an initial purchase and the product, Service, or credits have not been substantially used
  • Applicable law requires a refund or other monetary remedy

A feature preference, change of mind after substantial use, incompatibility caused solely by an unsupported environment, or inability to use a Service caused by a violation of our Terms will not normally qualify, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account, subscription, or payment-management flow. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the subscription until then.

Unless required by law or approved under this Policy:

  • Subscription fees already paid are not automatically refunded
  • We do not automatically provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in a current billing period
  • A cancellation request does not reverse a renewal that was already processed

An initial subscription purchase may qualify for a refund if requested within 14 days and the subscription has not been substantially used. If applicable law allows a deduction for service already provided, the refund may be reduced by the proportionate value used.

A renewal charge is generally non-refundable. However, we may approve a refund where you contact us promptly after an unintended renewal and there has been no material use after renewal. This discretionary review does not limit mandatory rights.

If a trial is disclosed as automatically converting to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid the disclosed charge. A trial conversion or charge remains subject to mandatory law and the eligibility rules above.

5. Purchased Credits and Plan Credits

A purchased-credit top-up may qualify for a refund if:

  • You request it within 14 days of purchase
  • None of the credits from that top-up have been used, transferred, or otherwise consumed
  • The refund can be processed through the original payment channel

If any portion of a top-up has been used, the transaction is normally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or we confirm a billing or service error. An approved refund reverses the corresponding credits. Processing fees and taxes are refunded only to the extent required by law or included in the amount returned by the payment provider.

Credits included with a subscription are plan benefits, have no cash value, and are not independently refundable, transferable, or withdrawable. Their availability and expiration are governed by the applicable plan terms.

6. Items Normally Not Eligible

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we normally do not refund:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the relevant initial purchase
  • Products, subscriptions, digital content, or credits that have been substantially used or consumed
  • Charges incurred before a subscription was canceled
  • Losses caused by failure to cancel before a disclosed renewal or trial conversion
  • Service restrictions or termination caused by a violation of our Terms
  • Problems caused solely by unsupported hardware, software, network, or third-party services outside our control
  • Gifted, promotional, trial, administrator-granted, or otherwise unpaid access
  • Plan credits or other benefits that were not separately purchased

7. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to support@fengcen.com and include:

  • The email address associated with your Fengcen account
  • The order, invoice, receipt, or transaction identifier
  • The product or subscription involved
  • The reason for the request and relevant dates
  • A description of any technical issue and troubleshooting already attempted
  • Any supporting evidence reasonably needed to review the request

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.

8. Review and Payment of Approved Refunds

We aim to acknowledge or respond to a complete request within 7 business days. Complex, fraudulent, disputed, or provider-dependent cases may take longer.

We evaluate purchase date, usage, delivery status, technical evidence, prior refunds, potential abuse, payment-provider restrictions, and applicable law. Approval of one request does not require approval of another request with different circumstances.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and currency. Banks, app stores, and payment providers may require additional processing time after we issue a refund. We are not responsible for delays controlled by those providers.

9. Unauthorized Transactions and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us and your payment provider promptly. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and transaction, secure the account, and investigate the report.

Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute a charge. Submitting a knowingly false fraud report or chargeback may violate the Terms and applicable law.

10. Alternative Remedies

Where appropriate, and with your agreement where required, we may offer a correction, replacement entitlement, service extension, account credit, or another remedy instead of a cash refund. You are not required to accept an alternative where applicable law gives you a right to a refund.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in products, payment methods, or legal requirements. The updated Policy will state a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively and do not reduce refund rights that arose before the change.
